Order Processing

All products are ordered from our suppliers after your order is placed and payment is received. This means orders are subject to supplier availability and processing times.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days, but this may be longer during busy periods or if supplier confirmation is required.

Placing an order does not guarantee immediate dispatch, as supplier confirmation is required before shipping can proceed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on supplier and courier services.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Standard items: 5–10 working days

  • Larger or bulky items: 7–15 working days

These are not guaranteed delivery times.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Ireland.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Supplier processing times

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Events outside our control

We will always try to keep you informed if delays occur.

Split Deliveries

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate deliveries.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring reasonable access for delivery.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Customer not being available where required

  • Delivery access issues

Any additional re-delivery or return charges may be charged to the customer.

Delivery Method

Unless otherwise stated, delivery is to kerbside or the nearest accessible point to the delivery address.

Drivers are not required to carry goods into buildings or private property unless this has been agreed in advance.
