Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 working days.

During busy periods or where additional handling is required, processing may take a little longer. If there is any unexpected delay, we will keep you informed.

If an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you promptly and offer either:

  • A suitable alternative product, where available, or

  • A full refund.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown on our website and may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard items: 5 to 10 working days

  • Large or bulky items: 7 to 15 working days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout the Republic of Ireland.

If you require delivery outside Ireland, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Other unforeseen events

If a delay occurs, we will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Split Deliveries

Where an order contains multiple items, they may be delivered separately to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

There will be no additional delivery charge for split deliveries where arranged by us.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and that reasonable access is available for delivery.

Where delivery cannot be completed because of:

  • An incorrect address

  • Restricted access

  • Failure to accept delivery where required

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery Method

Unless otherwise stated, deliveries are made to the kerbside or the nearest safe and accessible location.

Drivers are not required to carry goods into buildings or onto private property unless this has been agreed in advance.
