Orders

All prices displayed on our website are final and locked in at checkout.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. If an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable before dispatch, we will contact you promptly and offer either:

A full refund.

Delivery

Orders may arrive in more than one delivery where this allows faster fulfilment.

Delivery is made to the kerbside or nearest accessible location unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional delivery charges may apply where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or restricted access.

Returns & Refunds

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged or develop a fault, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Any manufacturer's warranty is provided by the manufacturer. We will assist customers with warranty enquiries where possible.
